Good quality Chinese violin. Nicely made from seasoned maple and spruce. Expertly hand-inlaid purfling. Well fitted ebony pegs. Ebony fingerboard, chinrest, and endbutton. Model 440 violin
Good quality Chinese violin. Similar to our Model 101, with a nicer wood selection. Modestly flamed maple, even grained spruce top. Expertly hand-inlaid purfling. Wittner (German) tailpiece, Prelude strings. Well fitted ebony pegs. Ebony fingerboard, chinrest, and endbutton. Very nice amber-brown varnish. Properly adjusted in our shop. The Model 444 violin, also Chinese, is properly made in every respect. Expert workmanship, nicely figured maple, many have one-piece backs. The most noticable difference between the Model 444 and lower priced models is in it's robust quality of sound. $395.00
